Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: The period in which a consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or commercial capacity who enters into a distance contract with the trader.

  • Day: A calendar day.

  • Continuing performance contract: A remote agreement for recurring deliveries of products and/or services over time.

  • Durable data carrier: Any tool that allows the consumer or trader to store information in a way that permits future reference and unchanged reproduction.

  • Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Trader: The legal entity offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

  • Distance contract: An agreement concluded within an organized remote sales system using one or more distance communication techniques.

  • Technique for distance communication: Any tool used to conclude a contract without physical presence of both parties.

  • General Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions of the trader.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order, and distance contract between Nuviora Care and the consumer.
They are provided prior to the conclusion of the agreement and can be saved on a durable medium.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, the terms will be made accessible in a manner that enables storage and future access.
In the event of conflicting conditions, the clause most favorable to the consumer shall apply.

Should any provision prove invalid, the remainder remains fully enforceable. The affected clause will be replaced by a valid one that aligns as closely as possible with the original intention.


Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
Limited-time offers or offers under specific conditions will clearly indicate such limitations.

Product descriptions and images are prepared with the greatest care, though slight deviations in color may occur.

Offers include clear details on pricing, shipping costs, order process, withdrawal rights, payment, and delivery terms.


Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set.

For electronic transactions, the trader will confirm receipt without delay. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel.

Orders may be declined with reasonable justification.

Upon delivery, the consumer receives all essential contract details in writing.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

The consumer must notify the trader via email or in writing and return the product within 30 days.
Failure to notify or return within the timeframe finalizes the purchase.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the return.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed hygiene products once unsealed

  • Sale or discounted items


Article 9 – The Price

Prices are fixed during the validity period of the offer, unless VAT rates change.

For price increases after three months, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Products conform to the agreement, product description, and legal requirements.
The warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders are fulfilled with due care and delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

If timely delivery proves impossible, the consumer will be informed and may cancel for a full refund.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.


Article 12 – Continuing Performance Contracts

Open-ended agreements may be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts are not automatically renewed unless legally permitted.


Article 13 – Payment

Payment must be completed within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Errors must be reported immediately.

Late payment may result in additional fees or cancellation of the order.


Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of noticing the issue.
The trader will respond within 30 days.

If no satisfactory resolution is found, legal recourse may be sought.


Article 15 – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by US law, regardless of the consumer's residence.

Where is my order and how do I track it?

Every shipment receives a tracking ID within 24 hours of dispatch.

You’ll receive an e‑mail titled “Your Lunovia Care Tracking Link.” Click the link for real‑time updates. If you can’t find the e‑mail, simply contact support with your order number.

How long does delivery take?

National orders normally arrive in 12–19 business days.

A limited June/July batch was shipped with an alternate carrier and may take 45–60 days. These parcels are still in transit and will be delivered. Check the special notice in your inbox for more details.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free across United States. There are no surprises at delivery.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated for a few days?

Carriers sometimes pause updates during the middle leg of the journey. As soon as the parcel reaches the local depot, scans resume. If no scan appears after 7 days, contact support and we’ll investigate or ship a replacement.
